Have you ever been somewhere like the mall or any old store where you see something you REALLY want? Then you look at the price tag and realize that this item you want so dearly just doesn't seem to fit into your sad college kid budget? Well, that happens to me all the time!! Working at a retail store makes things 10x worse! I get to watch people buy things that I want but don't have the money for! Its a hard life out here for a broke college kid!
When you go to a restaurant what do you order to drink, water of course! Ain't nobody got money for a drink! Being a college student is a hard life. No wonder so many people drop out. Its tough! Trying to balance school, work, sleep, and a social life is just about impossible. If only we could all be trust fund babies! Since that's not exactly possible, I guess we'll have to stick to our little budgets and eating nothing but ramen!

Yeah, I totally agreed. Even though we work, it is still broke.. have to pay bills and that.. many things to pay and later end up getting broke.
ReplyDeletei bought top ramen this weekend so i don't starve at home. Hah. Oriental is the best flavor, then lime shrimp
ReplyDeleteI grew up on Ramen as a child so I don't really mind it now but I understand where you're coming from! & I think the creamy chicken is the best, yummmmm!
ReplyDeleteI would have to say that chicken is by far the best flavor. growing up I have had every type of reasonable type and have to say chicken is the best. sadly I have stopped eating them though. way to much salt! the amount of salt in one of those little packs is insane. of course I still eat them now and then.
ReplyDeleteI got money in the bank but never able to spend it! its going to one day pay for my own place so i know about balancing that budget.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree that its hard to balance it all, but i just realize most people here do it so i cant really complane too much haha
Just remember in the end when your done with school, it will be all worth it!!!!
ReplyDeleteSure, you don't have money, but with money comes more responsibilities! Enjoy the freedom of being broke!
